New York—Sam Sandberg of A. Jaffe is the new president of The Plumb Club, succeeding Goldstar Jewellery’s Michael Lerche, who remains on the board as a past president.
Members of the organization elected Sandberg, The Plumb Club’s former vice president, at its most recent general membership meeting.
At that meeting, members also voted on other board positions, re-electing a number of current members while also welcoming new leadership.
Roger Forman of Marathon Company, a U.S. manufacturer of children’s jewelry, left his role as treasurer to become vice president.
Corinna Bhasin of FD Worldwide Merchandise Group, a fine jewelry merchandising and manufacturing supply partner to major retailers, was elected treasurer, leaving her former role as secretary.
Kevan Peck of Color Merchants/Brevani, a company founded in 1987, was elected secretary.
Victor Weinman of Original Designs/ODI, a supplier of diamond bridal and fashion jewelry, remains in his position as chair of The Plumb Club Pavilion.
Joining the board are Ray Mastoloni of Mastoloni Pearls, and Alok Mehta of IDD. They join current board members Kristie Nicolosi of The Kingswood Company, Pranav Shay of KGS Jewels, and A.J. Tosyali of Benchmark Wedding Rings.
Roopam Jain of Renaissance Global is leaving the board after reaching his term limit.
